Why more U.S. drilling may not be a quick fix - Jul. 21, 2008
Posted by marcuscrockett2 from CNN

'Suicide is Painless' fraudster turns himself in
Posted by marcuscrockett2 from USA Today
Now wait a second...Where is Neal Boortz when you need him? Here is a example of fraud, waste, and crime in the private sector that we think can solve all of our problems. Somehow he will blame the hedge fund abuse, the Enron fraud and the Worldcom fraud on the evil government. Greed exists in capitalism as well and it tends to hurt a greater number of people than the waste that occurs in the government. Just about everyone's portfolio has been hurt by the Enron and Worldcom disaster. Pure capitalism will just allow the businessmen to take over and rape the nation. You can try but you can't legislate morality, people will waste money and make bad decisions regardless of the economic system.

Small Business Owners tout benefits of self-employment amid market chaos
Posted by marcuscrockett2 from Market Watch
Clearly, there are more benefits to being self-employed than being duly rewarded for your hard work. A companies relationship with an employee is simply the acceptance of a value proposition. The employee adds costs to the company and proposes to add greater value than their costs, the company charges a fee at the end of the value chain and pockets the difference. People who understand this are self -employed. According to estimate for the U.S. Department of Commerce, small businesses account for nearly 60% of the gross national product, produce some 75% of the new jobs, and are a major source of new technologies and innovation.
