Access feeds via API (as opposed to using our RSS feeds and Magpie)
Arguments
feed: the name of the feed (topAll,topStories,topVideos,incomingAll,incomingStories,incomingMedia,incomingJournals,section,recentComments)
subTopic: empty for most or the name of the section being requested e.g. technology or u.s.+news
