asically here is the story. The person in that article is me, I am Francisco Acevedo JR. I was arrested and charged with breach of peace and interfering with an officer. What I did was 100% legal, I video tapped an officer using excessive force on a student, was suspended by the administration sent to jail for two hours and then I am currently challenging it in federal court.
