      Volunteering For The 2010 Olympics

      Posted by Orato

A few weekends ago, I volunteered at a children’s camp, and it was a great experience. It was exciting to be around so much energy and be involved with such a great group of kids. In the public viewing area the chants of the protesters drowned out the speakers for most of the ceremony. People chanted “Homes not Games,” “No Olympics on Stolen Native Lands,” and “No Justice, No Peace.”
