      Bahrain boat not licensed for cruising

      The boat which capsized off Bahrain with the loss of at least 58 lives, killing mainly foreigners, was registered as a fishing boat and had permission only for use as a floating restaurant. Some 71 people survived the tragedy. One woman remains missing. The cause is still unknown.
