      Prosecutors might be facing serious difficulties prosecuting Blackwater security guards. But that hasn't stopped the Department of Defense giving Blackwater subsidiary Presidential Airways a $50 million-plus contract to perform work in Afghanistan, Kyrgystan, Pakistan and Uzbekistan.
