      Posted by srebrenicagenocideinfo from Srebrenica-genocide.blogspot

The 12-year-old Bosniak Muslim boy, Sead Bekric, was playing soccer in the besieged Bosnian enclave of Srebrenica when a Serbian artillery shell exploded on the field, killing 62 children, and wounding 152 others. As Sead ran over to help, shrapnel from a second shell tore into his face, shattering his nose and left eye socket and severely injuring his right eye. He was left blind. This account include video: Mother and brother visiting blinded Bosnian War victim Sead Bekric while he recovers at hospital in Tuzla. The victim is covered in blood. Younger brother is crying at bedside. Viewer discretion advised. Visit Srebrenica Genocide Blog and leave your comments.

      More Tests Please

      Posted by okami

No Child Left Behind has created the wrong kind of debate about testing. Given the lack of new funding, many states are jiggering their tests to obscure the failure of poorly performing schools and undermining the accountability that was the core goal of the program. Others are attempting to opt out of the program altogether. The process is wasteful, confusing to students, and fails to produce the information that education enterprises badly need to ensure continuous improvement in what they do

Let’s face it, if you’re like most people, you probably dread going to the dentist. Quite frankly I don’t blame you. Going to the dentist can be a very frightening place to be, not only for kids…but also adult!. But that all has changed now. Not only can you maintain the health of your teeth and ehance your attractiveness, but you can do so without any pain or anxiety.

None Dare Call It Child Care

And we have thousands of homeless, mentally ill people (many veterans of the Vietnam war) out on the streets every night. This country lacks a lot of consciousness – yet it is righteous that it is the most ethical, most moral in the world.
