  Michael Moore's Sicko may paint the Canadian health care system in a rosy light, but I had heard differently. I recently experienced first hand the British Columbian medical system when I underwent coronary bypass surgery.

  I don’t know about you, but I wasn’t taken by the sobs that of key Crown witness Lynn Ellingsen today in court. I watched her closely as I used to when I’d sit back and observe people to stay safe Downtown Eastside...I felt as though what she saw didn’t affect her as much as she let on.

  Aside from the obvious loss of a friend and future sister-in-law, the way my brother was treated by the media was a harsh blow. Without any proof, true basis, or credibility, people came out of the woodwork to trash him, and it affected our entire family greatly.
