The Guardian UK is reporting that James Hansen, self-professed leading climate scientists is going to speak before congress. In this speech he will "call for the chief executives of large fossil fuel companies to be put on trial for high crimes against humanity and nature, accusing them of actively spreading doubt about global warming in the same way that tobacco companies blurred the links between smoking and cancer."

GENESEE COUNTY, Mich. - Police - or at least K-9 units - now can go sniffing around outside your house even without a warrant.
A recent court ruling said police don't need a search warrant to take drug-sniffing dogs to the front door of homes, as long as they have a tip there are illegal drugs there.
