      Democrats differ on details on Iraq, health care

      On the day the Senate approved a bill to fund the Iraq war and set timetables for withdrawal by 2008, New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson said he would go further and support the removal of all U.S. troops by the end of this year. "This war is a disaster. We must end this war," Richardson said.
