    • Vaso Todorovic Participated in Srebrenica Genocide, Found Guilty by the Court of Bosnia-Herzegovina

      Posted by srebrenicagenocideinfo

The Bosniak prisoners were put into the warehouse. Members of Todorović´s unit then murdered them using machine gun, rifle fire and hand grenades and killing Bosniaks. The Court found that at least 1,000 prisoners were murdered in about an hour and a half. Only two prisoners survived. Todorović and other members of his unit stood guard in a semi-circle at the front the warehouse to prevent prisoners from escaping. The Court found that the plan to round up and summarily execute thousands of Bosniak male citizens and expel the women and children from Srebrenica required a high degree of organization and the participation of numerous soldiers, and police like Vaso Todorović.

In 1993, Bosnian Serbs massacred 62 children in Srebrenica and wounded 152. One of the survivors, Sead Bekric, lost his sight and face. This child massacre was perpetrated by the Serbs who were attacking Srebrenica from militarized Serb-held villages around "UN-protected" enclave. Serbs never demilitarized around Srebrenica, even they were required to do so.

Srebrenica Genocide Architect Radovan Karadzic Loses Motion to Overturn Trial

      Posted by srebrenicagenocideinfo

Former Bosnian Serb leader, Radovan Karadzic, is facing trial for ordering Srebrenica genocide in which 10,000 people were killed, including at least 500 children. Karadzic's motion seeking and order requiring the Prosecution to allow inspection and disclosure of certain information it may have in its possession which are, according to the accused, material for his defense, has been partly dismissed and partly denied. The Trial Chamber found that part of the motion to inspect the archives was premature and sent to the wrong address while in the part seeking the disclosure of information, the accused "has not met the required criteria outlined for the issuance of the Chamber's order"

Srebrenica genocide architect, former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic, claims he made a deal with former US Ambassador Richard Holbrooke to avoid prosecution for Srebrenica genocide. Karadzic said in the motion that the deal promised he would not face prosecution if he "agreed to withdraw completely from public life." Srebrenica genocide claimed lives of 10,000 Bosniaks, including elderly and children.

Look at his face. He is scared of justice. For those interested, here is a closeup (it looks as if he was crying): http://srebrenica-genocide.blogspot.com/2008/09/radovan-karadzic-faces-two-separate.html
