Of course, Lennon came from an age when artists did that sort of thing, and he wasn't the only one to get on the authorities' nerves. But we don't live in that world anymore...

      IAPA to USA: Free Josh Wolf, and Stop Subpoenaing Reporters

      IAPA said the imprisonment of Wolf and use of subpoenas to try to force testimony of San Francisco Chronicle reporters Mark Fainaru-Wada and Lance Williams violates the Declaration of Chapultepec, a press freedom document created by IAPA. Numerous heads of state in the hemisphere have signed the declaration including U.S. President Bill Clinton in 1995.
