But with fuel prices rising, well, free oil is free oil. With the state's blessing, New Hampshire residents will be receiving some of the fuel this winter.

  I laughed when I saw this on TV last night, it also ran in the AP wire: "After four months of declining gas prices, the cost of fuel is beginning to stabilize across the nation, industry analyst Trilby Lundberg said Sunday."

  Karl Rove and Exxon are working on lowering gas prices prior to the election. Rove is also trying to destroy the Ohio 2004 Presidential ballots in case Dems gain subpoena privileges in the House after November.
