Plans for US-Mexico border fence draw fire

      Posted by Billbar from Reuters

The fence would run for 22 miles across California, and 361 miles over the sun-blasted Arizona desert, a strip crossed by half of the 1.18 million immigrants nabbed on the border last year. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security described the planned barrier, which would run for 698 miles, as a "stupid fence" and said it would most likely be ineffective, while the Mexican government slammed it as a disgrace.

    • OReilly falsely attacked Krugman over immigration column

Posted by newscloud from Media Matters

On the March 27 broadcast of his nationally syndicated radio show, Fox News host Bill O'Reilly falsely attacked New York Times columnist Paul Krugman for "writing about illegal immigrants" but refusing to "put the word 'illegal' in there." In fact, the portion of Krugman's March 27 column that O'Re...

Illegal Immigration Spurs Constitutional Amendment - Associated Content

An art. V was tried in Sept. of 2004, and s.c.o.t.u.s. ruled it was ok for the congress to not allow it…so, the entire Congress was sued, and hired the Govt. to defend them..they again lost.

However, it has now proved to be a criminal act ,in that they had basically admitted to it by defending themselves…...

It appears now that there are a few new approaches to the Art. V , but not to many Attny’s are willing to stick their necks out fighting our own CROOKED govt.

please read the article on WALKER vs theU.S….probably find it in google….

B.C. apologizes for Komagata Maru incident

I’m all for political correctness under most circumstances, but this one kind of reeks of political pandering to me. And misplaced pandering, at that. Why apologise now for that incident, when a whole bunch of injustices perpetrated to two larger Asian immigrant populations in BC – the Chinese and Japanese – remain unanswered? Were earlier apologies for specific incidents supposed to be blanket apologies?

NPR: Bill Gates Targets Visa Rules for Tech Workers

NPR let Gates dodge most of the questions refusing to follow up or request him to answer the question they asked. Gates kept returning to his talking points.

Microsoft | Revamp visa system, Gates urges Congress | Seattle Times Newspaper

Gates seemed to laugh before he answered the question about whether more H1B visa workers depress wages in the U.S. The laugh seems like a tell to me i.e. he’s lying.
