  Officials guess it will be four days before the Cedar River drops enough for workers to even begin pumping out water that has submerged more than 400 blocks, threatened the city's drinking supply and forced the evacuation of a downtown hospital.   New campaign schedule is a disaster. How about we start campaigning in January 2008, elect the nominee for the party in June 2008 and go from there. This 2 year campaign cycle is a shame on our country and the more important business at hand.
