I know this program is going to generate enormous hostility from round the world,'' he said. New Zealand would voice its opposition to the program with the Japanese at the IWC's next annual meeting, in Alaska in May, he told New Zealand's National Radio.

      Japan chases fads: Rampant inbreeding has given Japanese dogs some of the highest rates of genetic defects in the world, sometimes four times higher than in the United States and Europe. There have been dogs with brain disorders so severe that they spent all day running in circles, and others with bones so frail they dissolved in their bodies.

    The neocons know that heat rises, and so the nuclear bombs could never have
