      EDGE New York City :NJ Case Highlights Nightmare of Bullying at School

      A recent New Jersey Supreme Court ruling that gay-rights and student-rights groups are hailing as a landmark placed responsibility squarely on the the city’s Regional School Board of Education. The court’s ruling stated that the school system broke down and utterly failed in its duty to protect one of its students by providing a safe learning environment that was free of harassment, violence and discrimination.
