      Colts beat Dolphins - Can they make the Super Bowl?

      I liked a lot of what I saw today: The Colts again slowed their offense down to give their defense time to rest. Manning was fantastic - including a big scary rushing touchdown. Dallas Clark was back and he made a few amazing plays. Harrison was hot as usual. The defense was quicker than in recent weeks but gave up 115 yds rushing to weak Miami.

      For officials in Washington, recent "terrorism" arrests are a demonstration of the much-needed emphasis in this post-Sept. 11 era for pre-emptive arrests. But the Miami and New York cases are inspiring a new round of skepticism from some lawyers who are openly questioning whether the government, in its zeal to stop terrorism, is forgetting an element central to any case: the actual intent to commit a crime.
