Vaso Todorovic Participated in Srebrenica Genocide, Found Guilty by the Court of Bosnia-Herzegovina
Posted by srebrenicagenocideinfo
The Bosniak prisoners were put into the warehouse. Members of Todorović´s unit then murdered them using machine gun, rifle fire and hand grenades and killing Bosniaks. The Court found that at least 1,000 prisoners were murdered in about an hour and a half. Only two prisoners survived. Todorović and other members of his unit stood guard in a semi-circle at the front the warehouse to prevent prisoners from escaping. The Court found that the plan to round up and summarily execute thousands of Bosniak male citizens and expel the women and children from Srebrenica required a high degree of organization and the participation of numerous soldiers, and police like Vaso Todorović.

An article published in the Serbian daily Vecernje Novosti under the title "Korov laži ispod vetrenjača" is yet another example of the Srebrenica genocide denial activism currently spearheaded by hated UN Dutchbat veteran Marco Van Hees (aka: Marko Van Hes). Van Hees served in Srebrenica but left approximately 6 months before genocide was committed.

Dutch and Netherlands Have Lost Moral Ground After Srebrenica Genocide
Posted by srebrenicagenocideinfo from Wall Street Journal
Had the Dutch government really wanted to show that it takes its international role and morality in politics and war seriously, it would have put to trial its officers who, by their inaction, allowed the appalling crime in Srebrenica to take place. They were indeed accomplices of Gen. Ratko Mladic, whom the Dutch government currently insists to see, at any cost, at the Hague. But clearly the Dutch regarded their own lives as too valuable to be sacrificed fighting for what they were ostensibly trying to achieve in Bosnia.
Dutch Civil Court Dismisses Srebrenica Genocide Lawsuit Against Netherlands
Posted by srebrenicagenocideinfo from BBC News
A Dutch civil court sided with the Dutch state and dismissed the case against the Netherlands for their failure to prevent Srebrenica genocide in 1995. The Srebrenica enclave had been declared a UN "Safe Haven" under the control of Dutchbat before the massacre took place. Dutch soldiers allowed Serb forces to take away more than 8,000 Bosniak men, children, and elderly - actions which resulted in the worst massacre and the first genocide since the World War II in Europe. Thousands of Bosniak women were forcibly deported from the enclave in a U.N.-assisted ethnic cleansing.
