Checking the 'reality' of I-933

The way our system works, title to the things that are owned by everyone sits with government as trustee of those resources for our collective benefit. That trustee is charged with managing and maintaining our interests. Translation: Ensuring we have clean breathable air, sufficient and clean water and wild populations that can support a healthy ecosystem. This is a task government cannot give away and a responsibility it may not shirk. Nothing here is new. That the sovereign owns the wildlife and the water is an ancient principle virtually unchanged since a system of law traveled here on the Mayflower.
