      A fax sent by satellite transmission from Egypt's foreign ministry to its embassy in London, and intercepted by Swiss intelligence, said Egypt had confirmed through its own sources that the NSA had held 23 terror suspects at a military base in Romania.

    Whether it's a legal or illegal operation, the descriptions definitely point to NSA monitoring of the internet. Time for another FOIA request, maybe a another lawsuit. Anyone know if there's a internet backbone node in St. Louis?
