      An International Atomic Energy Commission (IAEA) seminar on nuclear security included this 4 hour exercise where 38 of the world's senior security officials role played "through a wave of scenarios involving airplane crashes, terrorist threats, and dirty bombs that tested their emergency response and readiness skills"

    I think this spill should have received far more attention here in the US than it did. What happened in San Francisco around the same time pales in comparison to this mess.
