      The Secrets Behind PostSecret

      Posted by Orato

PostSecret began three years ago as a creative idea for an art show exhibit, which just happened to change Frank Warren’s life. With a background in small business, Warren is a self-described, “accidental artist.” PostSecret is not a business. He forgoes profit on what is the largest advertisement-free site on the web. The Flood Of Yesterday's Testimony

      Posted by Orato

Late yesterday and early today we heard from a young man by the name of Gerald McLaughlin, who lived on the Pickton property for about two years in an old motorhome on the property. Much to everyone's chagrin we went to court with the knowledge we would be sitting through Day Two of Scott Chubb's cross examination. But things got a little heated. “You can attack me, you can attack my character, but I am not on trial for six counts of murder,” was one of Chubb's very heated replies that flew in the courtroom today.

      $65-Million Pantsuit: Perverting Consumer Protection

      Posted by Orato

It isn’t every day that tort reformers and personal injury lawyers find themselves in agreement. But when the newly renamed American Association for Justice (formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America) recently joined the American Tort Reform Association and small business owners everywhere in condemning an outrageous and seemingly vengeful lawsuit against a neighborhood dry cleaning store, a rare opportunity for nonpartisan legal reform may have presented itself.
