  Sarbanes-Oxley co-authors Michael Oxley and Paul Sarbanes have hit the speaker circuit. Their fee: Sarbanes makes $25.000 for an appearance and Oxley $20,000. Nice work if you can get it!

  The career of Sarbox co-writer Michael Oxley as gamekeeper turned poacher continues. The Sarbox co-writer now joins Nasdaq as vice-chairman. He will report directly to Nasdaq chief Bob Greifeld who has slated the law that bears Oxley’s name.

  Michael Oxley, the SOX co-author, has come out saying that he expects some changes next year in the way that Sarbanes-Oxley will be enforced. The question is whether it will be real change to Sarbanes-Oxley, or a band-aid.
