      Excessive pay packets for bosses could be having an enormous impact on organisations. A study has found that impact of the CEO's pay cascades right through the organisation. If a CEO was overpaid by 64 per cent, people like the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, are overpaid too. The study also found that the others just leave.
