  A prominent Seattle attorney issued a report Wednesday warning that that provision of I-933 could undermine state and local rules regulating everything from food safety and auto emissions to professional qualifications for doctors and accountants. Hugh Spitzer, a partner in a large Seattle law firm who also teaches law at the University of Washington, said much of the impact would depend on how courts interpret the initiative if it passes next month. "There would be years of litigation over what it means," he said.

  Foz news, the news outlet of the rightwing republic , report Bush at 33% approval raiting. That's pretty low. And the fact that Fox is reporting it is huge.

We can stipulate his rating is low. We allowed him to talk us into finishing what Bush Sr. started. Get Saddam out of power and watch him hang (I’m sure he watched the youtube video). He will be remember for that and if he’s the Sociopath most think he is, that’s all he cares about. Having a approval rating that now tops Nixon’s means what. He doesn’t care if you like him.

I wrote a few activist groups about an idea I had. It was this: Let’s get a half-million (at least) people to walk to the white house and plaster the fence with eviction notices.

I never got a real response.
