      The girl was initially sentenced to prison and 90 lashes for being alone with a man not related to her. When her lawyer, Abdul Rahman al-Lahem, appealed the sentence, he was removed from the case, his license was suspended and the penalty was doubled to 200 lashes.

A recent discussion in Washington raised the possibility that Jerusalem would ask the U.S. not to sell the satellite-guided smart bombs to the Saudis, but it was decided to reject this request."

Thomas Friedman always says you can only count on what Arab leaders say in public, well: King Abdullah denounced the American military presence in Iraq on Wednesday as an "illegitimate foreign occupation" and called on the West to end its financial embargo against the Palestinians.

    I pray Allah, that the ones who carried this sentence be rewarded with the Hell Fire, they are following their own laws and not the Quran and the Life examlpe of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)
