      Siemens CEO Peter Löscher says ithe company is making progress rooting out corrupt practices in the fall-out from its bribery scandal. Not really. German prosecutors identified dozens of suspects since a raid of Siemens's headquarters in late 2006 but only one former executive has been indicted.
