      Well spoken: The damage would be amplified if African-Americans or women, two of the party’s key constituencies, feel that a candidate who represents their most fervent hopes and aspirations is deprived of a nomination rightfully earned by majority support from voters.

    This whole thing just amplifies the intra-party “partisanship” because the Hillary camp can cry foul that reform seems only to have reared its head when it’s likely only Obama would benefit from such a reform. Or so goes the convoluted logic. Never mind undoing an undemocratic process… the black guy stands to win. Can’t have that now, can we?
