Posted by Jeff from Truth Out

"The Government of the United States has borne in mind the fact that the Chinese Government has long claimed suzerainty over Tibet and that the Chinese Constitution lists Tibet among other areas constituting the territory of the Republic of China," the State Department declared in 1943. "This Government has at no time raised a question regarding either of these claims."

      Bring on Lama-Palooza

      Posted by Jeff from crosscut.com

Lama-Palooza's man behind the curtain is a driven entrepreneur named Dan Kranzler, a Charles Foster Kane for children and early learning (better that than, say, politics or yellow journalism). Kranzler is a Bellevue-based wireless executive who founded Mforma, a mobile-entertainment company, in 2001.

What can I say about it? To criticise it? No. Fact is always simple. It’s man who has some kind of motive that make it complexed. As a chinese, I have experienced a lot for more than 20 years, and I do know something fo the the government’s operation. But as for Tibet, today I do not want talk of my opinion about. I know someone will say back to me that it si because I am a Chinese that to say good of my own county. However, it will be much better than to say evil of other countries without any effort to find what it is. I just want someone to try to get to China and Tibet to understand what has happened there. Just as I said, say after you have know the truth. Do not just fly the bubble from others’ mouth.

2 dead in Tibet riots with China

We Chinese don’t know what really happened there, so please send more pictures. Government closed all the news out to other provinces.

You should be responsible for what you wrote. We need more detailed information from there, thank you.
