      A staff member at the DVLA in Swansea has been taken to hospital with hand injuries after a parcel bomb exploded. The attack happened in the post room shortly before 0930 GMT and is the third of its kind on driving-related companies in as many days.

    Strange story – it’s a Russian study .. sorry if I’m skeptical … but the suppression must have been for a reason (not a good reason).
