      Posted by theangryindian from Angryindian.blogspot

Early last month, Senate Armed Services Chairman Carl Levin (D-MI) released a declassified version of a Pentagon Inspector General report that found that in Sept. 2002, Undersecretary of Defense Douglas Feith gave a briefing entitled “Assessing the Relationship Between Iraq and al-Qaida” to Vice President Cheney’s chief of staff. In this “alternative” intelligence assessment, Feith asserted that Osama Bin Laden’s al-Hijra Company had business “contacts” with a Dutch company, V

      Neo-Conservatives insensitive to American Jews

      Posted by theangryindian from Angryindian.blogspot

The neo-conservative elements in major corporate media have crossed the line many times, but after the Michael Richards fiasco, Don Imus and everything in-between, here is Debbie Schlussel and Glenn Beck making comparisons to the German National Socialist Party and their opposite numbers in news media. One would think that the Anti-Defamation League and other Jewish watchdog groups would be up in arms over this. As of yet, this reporter has not heard nor seen anything in the American Jewish p

Ransom claim in Ingrid Betancourt release | World news | guardian.co.uk

If Betancourt’s assertions are true, then the United States is once again responsible (at least in part) for the setting up of false ‘heroic rescues’ and similar phenomena.

We should not forget that intitial reports from Iraq claimed that Kurdish forces captured Saddam Hussein, who then turned him over to Coalition forces.

Neither should we forget the Pat Tillman and Jessica Lynch affairs.
