      Good move.  Shoulda happened a long time ago.  We have one of the best municipal water supplies in the country; we should be proud to drink "Seattle's finest, straight from the tap."

    If there is farming in southwest Utah (WHICH IS A DESERT) then I am sure there are other equally arid places being farmed. And thus, using all that water to grow stuff in a desert. Sorry to say that we just might have to make some tough choices, eh?
